Why choose Atlas?
-
Atlas Public Works Advisors was founded on a simple idea: public works programs run better when the compliance, outreach, and program support feels like part of the agency.
No hand-offs, no black box. We sit in your meetings, know your systems, and answer to your timeline the way an internal team would.
-
We help agencies design and monitor compliant programs, and we help contractors meet the requirements those programs demand.
-
Atlas brings hands-on experience in California and federal public construction, working inside the public agencies managing multi-billion-dollar bond and capital programs, and inside consulting firms helping contractors meet the program requirements.
Multi-billion-dollar capital programs, including a $11.6B TK-12 education bond program and a $2.2B regional transit program, working alongside DIR, DOL, and program oversight committees.
-
Hands-on experience with the platforms public works programs actually run on: LCPtracker, B2Gnow, PlanetBids, Oracle Unifier, Prism, and eBacon. Reporting that's accurate, defensible, and on time.
-
Based in San Diego, with deep working relationships across Southern California’s public agencies and contractors.
It's part of the reason we can work the way we do. Close enough to know your systems and your timeline. Close enough to have in person meetings and regularly collaborate. And autonomous enough to maintain the edge that allows us get results quickly.
